These Terms of Service govern your use of the BluePeak AI website and services. By using our website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
BluePeak AI provides AI chatbot solutions, AI automation, lead generation systems, and business growth services for B2B clients. Specific deliverables, scope, and timelines are defined in individual client agreements or proposals.
2. Use of website and chatbot
You agree to use our website and AI chatbot lawfully and not to submit false, harmful, abusive, or unlawful content through any form, chatbot interaction, or communication channel. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or regulated personal information through the chatbot.
3. AI output disclaimer
Our AI systems generate responses based on language models and the data provided to them. While we design our solutions for accuracy and reliability, AI output may occasionally contain errors and should not be treated as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
4. No guarantees of results
We aim to deliver high-quality AI and growth solutions, but we do not guarantee specific financial results, lead volumes, sales performance, or business outcomes unless explicitly agreed in writing. Outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
5. Intellectual property
All website content, branding, service materials, automation systems, chatbot frameworks, and related intellectual property remain the property of BluePeak AI unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorised copying, resale, or redistribution is prohibited.
6. Third-party services
Our services may rely on trusted third-party platforms, including AI providers, CRM systems, hosting providers, and automation platforms. We are not responsible for outages, limitations, or policy changes made by such providers.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BluePeak AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our aggregate liability under any client engagement is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service in the preceding twelve (12) months.
8. Changes to services
We reserve the right to modify, update, or improve our services and website at any time. Material changes affecting active client engagements will be communicated in advance.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved under Finnish jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
